Blazin Halos Cowboy Hattery is a premium western brand born from creativity, resilience, and a deep love for cowboy culture. What started with Jackie’s freehand-burned hats has grown into a full-scale custom hat company, blending rodeo grit with runway glamour, handcrafted for the next generation of bold, fashion-forward cowgirls.

After relocating to North Florida’s horse country, Jackie teamed up with her husband Charlie, whose years of experience shaping hats brought a new dimension to the brand. Together, they turned Blazin Halos into a destination for custom headwear, with every hat burned by hand and shaped with soul.

But the story doesn’t stop with hats. Even the displays in their shop carry a legacy. The cedar wood used throughout their store originally grew on Jackie’s family property in South Florida. When Hurricane Irma tore the trees down, Jackie’s brother milled the wood, only for it to be swept away again in the floodwaters of Hurricane Ian. After recovering what they could, the family transformed that reclaimed wood into the custom displays seen in the Blazin Halos shop today - a true symbol of strength, family, and the beauty of second chances.
