Refund policy

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, all sales on custom items are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

• Custom-shaped hats

• Freehand burned designs

• Made-to-order accessories

• Deposits on custom orders

Once a deposit is placed, materials and production begin immediately, making it non-refundable.

Standard (non-custom) items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
