Welcome to Blazin Halos Cowboy Hattery. By placing an order or interacting with our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Custom Orders

All custom hats are made-to-order and designed uniquely for each customer.
Once a deposit is placed, your order enters production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Design sketches, burn patterns, and shaping styles are considered final once approved.

2. Payment & Deposits

Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit.
Remaining balances must be paid before shipping or pickup.
Failure to pay the remaining balance within 30 days of notification may result in forfeiture of the deposit and item.
